The hotel has a superb location, close to the city center and only a short drive from the aqua park. However, the service was lacking, especially in terms of English language capabilities. The dining options were limited after 9, but the crêpes were enjoyable.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room, although small, had plenty of closet and drawer space. It was not up to the hotel's 4-star standard, and housekeeping only cleaned our room one out of four days despite putting the 'clean my room' sign out, which was a bit disappointing. The staff was friendly and helpful, knowing Romanian. However, I did experience an issue where they asked me to pay for the room, even though it had already been paid for. The location was limited in terms of activities in Gyula, but it was great for the Spa and water park. The dining options were okay, but could have more variety. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and negatives.

When I stayed at the hotel, I found that the rooms were completely transformed by opening a canopy; they had a sofa, a big bathroom, and separate rooms for the toilet and shower. The cleanliness was top-notch when we arrived, although it was a bit dusty when we first stepped inside. Despite this, the hotel looks very nice and cozy and the location is pretty good, not far from the train station.
